We spend an average of 25% of our lives at work so it is important to enjoy it! Today's workers want to feel valued, safe, and want to work for a company that is inclusive. This workshop draws on research in business and positive psychology to identify the causes and consequences of low job satisfaction and provides useful strategies for how to improve work satisfaction, enjoyment, and make sure that people have what they need in the workplace.
