De-escalation training is crucial now as employees need practical tools and procedures to anticipate and verbally calm customers before they escalate. You will learn practical techniques for threat awareness and environmental and administrative engineering to decrease stress/anxiety while learning effective interpersonal communication and de-escalation skills. Participants will learn skills that they can immediately put into practice at work.
