Farm to Family Dinner
An agricultural dining experience created from locally sourced ingredients by Chef Joe Gustafson. Dine-In or Carryout. This fresh and delicious meal will start with a Chilled Cantaloupe Mint soup followed by a Kohlrabi and Arugula Salad with a Raspberry Vinaigrette. The main course will be a Beef Bourguignon with Summer Vegetables. Dessert will be Cheesecake topped with berries. Cucumber Mint Mojito will also be available to dine-in guests. while supplies last.
