An agricultural dining experience created from locally sourced ingredients by Chef Joe Gustafson. Dine-In or Carryout. Menu includes Roasted Butternut Squash Soup or Roasted beet salad. Cider Brined Pork Loin with Caramelized Apples and Onions. Herb Roasted Potatoes and Glazed Carrots. Carmel Bourbon Bread Pudding.
