SWCAP Neighborhood Health Partners has expanded to offering primary care services!

In addition to reproductive health services, such as annual exam, breast and cervical cancer screenings, birth control, STI testing, pregnancy testing/counseling/referrals, we are now offering well child exams, chronic disease management (diabetes, hypertension, cholesterol, thyroid), URI visits (coughs/colds), and Narcan.

We mainly serve low income and uninsured people, but we actually do take commercial insurance as well and are an affordable option for those with high deductible insurance plans.
