Description
The Platteville Public Library will host "Identity Theft:Portect and Prevent" at 2pm on April 26th. Identity theft continues to be the fastest growing crime in the US. The more consumers learn about it, the less vulnerable they are. This free presentation by Jeff Kersten from the Wisconsin Bureau of Consumer Protection will explain the different types of identity theft, how to recognize it, and how to prevent it.
